My page on Public Domain resources is probably the best one around. Their is so much content out there in the public domain it is almost frightening. I have been find and republishing lots of very interesting public domain ebooks for over a couple years on ebay. I have been lucky enough to find whole collections of some authors and republishing them by taking them from text to put them in pdf format and then to bookmark them.

This process is slow going and you will work for your money if you do this. But you will make money over time .. Nothing is a get rich quick scheme on the internet it is just like every where else you have to work to prosper. If you listen to these gurus… online and buy into their hype you buy things that they suggest cause they tell you, you can make a killing in it. All they do is take the newbies on the net looking for an easy way to make money and take their money promising them the moon.

Public Domain money is there if you want to dress it up and republish it. There is so much of it that you literally have to pick and choose what you want to use. I have so much on my computer waiting for me to republish it will take me probably 10 years to get to all of it. It is not a pie in the sky income but it is a good second income while you dabbling in other ways to make money.

Check out my Public Domain Resource page for where to get Public Domain.. Don’t go buying any so called ebooks about the public domain cause they will not have any more info than my list. Also just go to any library and find ebooks in the Public Domain and ideas. You can scan stuff too and make it ebook style and sell it too. Lots of ways to use content of the Public Domain from taking the content and publishing it on the blogs you write or web pages.

I hope this will help those looking to make money in the public domain field of republishing ebooks… like I do on ebay… it can be one way of making money that does not take a lot of money to start.

Public Domain ebooks are easy to get started in because all you have to do is find them change them and selling them most of the time they come in different formats and you need to change them to a preferred format like pdf. I use pdf format cause it is most widely acceptable format for ebooks on the net and also gives you control over alot of things like security of your ebooks, it has search features, it has zoom features and whole lot more .

All of my ebooks that I produce from the public domain I republish into pdf format. It is easy to get started with public domain ebooks sale all you have to do it go to places like Gutenberg and you download the ebooks and to your hard drive edit and put them in the format you will sell them in.
